Terms of Service

Understand shipping authorizations, compliance standards, and administrative liabilities.

Welcome to the Terms of Service for Velmora Global International. By instructing us to manage the repatriation of a deceased family member or remains, you agree to comply with the legal rules, logistics guidelines, and liability limitations detailed below.

1. Authorization & Agency

By signing our intake documents or authorization letters, the next-of-kin or legal executor appoints Velmora Global International as their authorized agent. This grants our New Delhi runners permission to cancel passports, submit documents to consulates, secure embalming logs, arrange customs tarmac dispatches, and book cargo spaces with air carriers on their behalf.

2. Proprietary Rights & Brand Protection

All intellectual property on this website, including but not limited to the brand name 'Velmora Global International', the logo, custom graphics, proprietary copy, interface designs, layout structures, and digital resources, is the exclusive legal property of Velmora Global International. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any site content or corporate branding by other entities is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate legal action.

3. Accuracy of Documentation

The authorizing party must provide accurate, verified death records, coroner certificates, next-of-kin identification scans, and non-infectious disease certificates. Velmora Global International is not liable for delays, flight cancellations, or consular rejections caused by missing, incorrect, or altered paperwork.

4. Airline Bookings & Carrier Rules

Air remains transit is subject to individual air carrier terms and conditions, international IATA shipping rules, and cargo handling priorities. Flight routes, slots, transits, and connections are booked under the passenger flight HUM cargo code. Velmora Global International is not liable for flight delays, route alterations, airline cargo offloads, or schedule adjustments made by the air carriers.

5. Packaging & Preservation Compliance

All human remains must be embalmed by a certified medical practitioner and sealed inside a hermetically soldered lead-lined or zinc-lined coffin, enclosed in an outer wooden case, in accordance with WHO health standards. For cremated remains, secure urn containment is required. Velmora Global International coordinates these packaging standards strictly; we reserve the right to delay dispatch if packaging does not satisfy health and customs rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Velmora Global International operates with extreme care and diligence. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential delays arising from government registry holdups, diplomatic holidays, consulate backlogs, weather-related airport closures, or force majeure events. Our services are complete once remains are safely cleared and dispatched to the designated receiving funeral directors or next-of-kin at the destination terminal.
